Abacus Building Services is a privately owned indigenous company established to produce and market various high-quality polystyrene and galvanized steel products for the building construction industry.
We pride ourselves in our work.
We offer on-going training to unskilled labour. Over 200 individuals in just under two years have benefited working as installers of our products across Nigeria.

Ibrahim Atta - MD/CEO
Ibrahim, the founder and CEO of Abacus Building Services has a wide range of experience, spanning from Financial Advisory Services with KPMG in Nigeria to Cost Management with Turner & Townsend in the UK and UAE.
Ibrahim was primarily responsible for providing pre and post Contract Commercial support. He has participated in projects that involved working with feasibilities and financial models, generating business plans, and providing corporate-advise to senior market managers and clients.
Ibrahim was appointed by TDIC (The Tourism Development and Investment Company- An Abu Dhabi Government Company) working on the Saadiyat Island Master planning and infrastructure project (worth more than USD 15 billion). Ibrahim was deeply involved in Master-planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Procurement, Tendering, and Contract Administration.
Folasayo Adebimpe-Ojo - Head Technical Department
A graduate of Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria and possesses a Masters Degree in Construction Project Management from Robert Kennedy College, University of Salford, Manchester, UK.
Folasayo is a QS with over 10 years’ experience in the Building and Engineering sector of the Construction industry whose professional proficiencies vary amidst the providing services like Feasibility Studies, Measurement of Construction works, Project Management, Procurement, Development Finance, Public-Private Partnership, Building Information Modelling, Contract Administration, Renovation, Facilities Management, Cost Control and Cost Management. He has been involved in numerous construction projects cumulating into Billions of Naira.
He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS), a Registered Quantity Surveyor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (QSRBN), Member, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a Member, International Facility Management Association (IFMA) “Nigeria Chapter”.
Stella Tinuola Yakubu - Company Secretary
Stella Tinuola Yakubu is a qualified lawyer with over 6 year’s experience as both a litigation lawyer and in house Counsel.
Her experience as a legal associate in different law firms includes Court appearance in various court divisions and jurisdictions, prepare briefs and legal opinions, and interpreting the law with a guise to draw conclusions and present possible legal solutions. As a Company Legal Officer, Stella provides legal services on diverse areas of law including in Construction, Corporate, and property law. She routinely prepares and reviews commercial agreements including joint venture agreements, investment agreements, shares purchase agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements, and she also provides company secretarial services.
Stella is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Tunde Kuto - Head, HR & Admin
Mr Tunde is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, with over 20 years’ work experience as a Professional Accountant, an HR & Business Management Consultant, and SME coach. He has wealth of experience in human resources management and accounting, and he is also a faculty member of many Entrepreneurship Development Institutes (EDIs) and Business Schools in Abuja. He is one of the very few XERO CERTIFIED PARTNERS in Nigeria.
Imran Dole – Executive Assistant - MD/CEO, Operations Officer
Imran Sani Dole is a business professional with over 5 years’ experience across various industries and sectors including operations, logistics, real estate, legal services, facility management, contract services, and mineral resources to name but a few.
Before joining Abacus Nigeria LTD, he was a logistics officer and legal adviser at Martel Properties and Facility Services LTD, where he also attended court on behalf of his employers. He was Acting Managing Director with Maryam Agricultural Products and Fisheries LTD for a short while, where his knowledge of business management and human resources were essentially brought to the fore.
Imran is a graduate of Law from the University of Abuja, Nigeria and he also has certifications from Cambridge University, the U.K in the areas of Business Organisation, Effective Business Communication, and Marketing. He is an individual endowed with a diverse set of skills tuned for target and result-oriented performance. At Abacus Nigeria LTD, his duties require him to control and report regularly to the MD/CEO on all business activity and ensure operational efficiency across all business transaction inter alia.
Yusuf Jude - Finance Manager/Financial Accountant:
Yusuf Jude .S is a finance professional and Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of working experience in the broad accounting industry. He has a particular focus on performance management and Tax management.
Before joining Abacus Building Services, as Finance Manager, his experience covered Banking, Audit and Assurance, and the retail sector. He also possesses certifications in credit analysis, financial statements analysis, and corporate culture.
Surya Obasi - Business Development Executive.
Surya Obasi is a seasoned Business Development Expert with 10 years experience in Administration and Management across a diverse range of sectors which include Upstream Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Healthcare, Security and Information Technology.
She has an acute acumen for facilitating and consummating business transactions with an added passion for Human Capital Development.
Before joining Abacus Nigeria, she was the Regional Manager of Hydra Guards Nig. Ltd located in Abuja (FCT).
Prior to Hydra Guards, she was also the Project Manager at Encentral Solutions Nig. Ltd where she supervised software applications development and was deeply involved in management and strategy.
Surya is a graduate of Chemistry from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria and is constantly enrolling on vocational training and relevant online courses to further equip herself with the necessary tools to advance her career path.
She is fluent in English, Hausa and extremely keen on developing her French.
